More than two decades ago, we founded AmbientalMente in Colombia with the mission of offering innovative solutions in environmental management. Over 20 years, we solidified our position as industry leaders, assisting numerous industries in complying with environmental regulations and implementing sustainable practices that not only protect the environment but also enhance operational efficiency.
Colombia’s environmental regulatory framework, influenced by global standards such as the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, the Paris Agreement, and ISO 14001, played a key role in shaping our approach. As part of the OECD and the Andean Community of Nations (CAN), Colombia has adopted progressive environmental policies, many of which have influenced our expertise in water management, circular economy, and climate action strategies.

The Decision to Expand: The United States as the Next Step
Aware of global environmental challenges, we conducted an in-depth market analysis across the Americas, from Canada to Chile. We identified a unique opportunity in the United States, specifically in Texas, to expand our Environmental Management Outsourcing model. Texas' robust industrial activity and growing focus on sustainability and regulatory compliance made it the perfect location to establish Enviro-Mental Corp as our platform for delivering comprehensive environmental solutions across North America.
Our expansion builds upon the proven methodologies developed in Colombia, integrating global best practices with the latest U.S. regulatory frameworks, such as the EPA’s Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). Our expertise in leveraging tax incentives and circular economy initiatives, aligned with frameworks such as Colombia’s Waste Management Law and OECD sustainability policies, enables us to help companies in the U.S. optimize compliance, efficiency, and environmental impact reduction.
Inspired by Colombia’s progressive environmental policies and its commitment to the OECD and circular economy models, we saw an opportunity to expand. After extensive research across the Americas, Texas emerged as the ideal location to bring our Environmental Management Outsourcing model to North America—combining our proven approach with U.S. regulations like the Clean Air Act and RCRA.
